Today's the first day of the circuit breaker.

Did you have a good rest day? Or was it a productive day to be working from home?

Working from home could have its perks. But most often than not, we may get easily distracted if we are not careful.

And if you are worried about staying at home of the next month...

In my opinion, the Covid 19 situation is like a reset button. And the next 29 days are what will separate the winners from the average, like it or not.

There is going to be a wealth transfer, where some people will emerge victoriously and huge fortunes will be made. Some others may panic and miss the opportunity to make a killing.

Circumstances are random. But if you are prepared, get the skills to execute it, then luck becomes your friend.

Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming. - Richard Brandson

At the same time, you also need to have the fare to board the bus. To me, the fares are having the right skillset to identify opportunities or the right network to bring you to the places you want to go to.

Otherwise, you may forever be stuck in the bus stop waiting for the "free bus" which may or may not come in your life.

So if you haven't already planned out what you are going to do for the next 29 days, it may be a good time to start.

Draft out a game plan. Be it about the new language or skill you wanted to learn but didn't have the time to, or the new recipe you wanted to try but had to push back due to the daily hectic routine. Or that book you had read to watch but couldn't find the peace to read.

Now is the time. To rest, relax and recharge.

If ironing out your finances and your insurance/ investment portfolio has always been one of your key priorities, then now is also a good time to do it.

After all...

I will be conducting a webinar on "What investments to look out during this crisis?" on Friday, 10 April, 3pm (Singapore time).

If you are keen, comment below either on the social media platforms you are reading on or on this blog posts. I will private message you the invitation link to join.

There is no charge to the webinar. The goal is to give back in the simple ways I can and hopefully you and emerge successful post-Covid.
